As we are a contingency
firm, you pay nothing until you make your hiring decision. Once a
candidate is selected, the client agrees to pay a one-off fee that is the
equivalent of a percentage of the first year’s annual salary. Our terms
and conditions of business are explained and agreed to prior to
commencement of the assignment.
